Marvel Heroes Titanium Series Die-Cast Dr. Octopus Overview
Titanium Doc Ock is presented with an elaborate nameplate base and a translucent plastic display bubble. Octopus is depicted more in the archetypal style, short, squat, dressed in a nice ugly green costume. He features the familiar opaque glasses and bowl haircut. The telescoping metal tentacles are a little more modernized, radiating more from the spinal region and terminating in prehensile three-pronged claws. A laboratory accident merged Octopus, mind and body, with his four durable telescoping tentacles. He developed a symbiotic link with the appendages---a process that popped poor OttoâTMs PEZ dispenser beyond all repair and transformed him into a crazed supervillain. Though Octopus experienced brief periods of comparative lucidity, he generally retained an evil mastermind default setting. Once his fixation stirred towards his hated enemy Spider-Man, Octopus expanded his operation, rallying a handful of other villains and organizing the Sinister Six.
