Spider-Man: The Movie Series 1 > J. Jonah Jameson Action Figure

I realy want this action figure so does my sister , she wants it to be her barbies husband. Shes wrong. Hes an action figure not a idot barbie. He looks just like the actor in the movie. This is a must for spidey fans.

This J. Jonah Jameson figure from the Spiderman movie is great!! He is in the right scale to go along with the Marvel Legends and Spiderman Classics figures. It was done very well and it is nice to have someone else from the world of Spiderman for more interactive play for the children. There are A LOT of Spiderman figures out there. JJJ is cheap, short-tempered, opinionated, and mildly paranoid. He doesn't like or trust costumed superheroes or villains. In his mind, they are ALL criminals. Which makes him the perfect character/victim to be saved by the heroes he hates from the villains he has made furious with his newspaper editorials. He comes with a desk-and-chair accessory that are ideal for his "desk-pounding action". All the items on the desk are loosely secured so they shake when JJJ pounds on the desk. The accessories also make nice props for heroes or villains to pick up and throw or get struck by. Jolly Jonah is articulated at the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, waist, hips, and knees. They either bend and/or rotate for great realism. This figure is a must for Spiderman fans and collectors.

I THINK THIS TOY IS COOL BUT WHEN I PLAY HARD WITH HIM HIS HEAD IS LOSE OR SOMETHING. IT LOOKS LIKE ITS ABOUT TO BREAK OFF OR SOMETHING.BUT I LIKE HIS DESK AND CHAIR AND THE STUFF ON HIS DESK. THE TOY IT SELF IS COOL BUT NOT DURABLE ON HIS HEAD AND ONE ARM. BUT I GIVE HIM 5 STARS BECAUSE ALL TOYS ARE NOT DURABLE. ITS JUST A TOY. ...THIS TOY IS GREAT FOR ALL AGES. PEACE

J. Jonah Jameson was my favorite part of the Spiderman movie. This action figure is my favorite action figure EVER (and I love me some action figures). He snarls, he points, and he slams his fist on his desk, making everything (including what looks like a bottle of antacid) shake. Stand him up and he can deliver a debilitating gut-punch or a sharp poke in the eye to like-sized action figures. He can spin around in his chair in glee or put his feet up on his desk in smug self-satisfaction (the latter pose requires hand support). It would have been perfect if he had a stogey clenched in his teeth, but that's a minor quibble. Educational? You bet! Fledgling MBAs can practice throwing a temper tantrum when they don't get their way! If you spend even part of your day behind a desk, or work for someone who does, or know someone who does, this action figure is a great accessory and a great tool for catharthis.

J. Jonah Jameson, played by J.K. Simmons(the figure really does look like him), is the publisher of the Daily Bugle newspaper. He is very demanding and Peter Parker works for him! The figure is wearing clothes just like JJJ from the movie. He has that flat top hair cut and his mustache. He has a stick in his back that you press to make his hands pound the desk he comes with. The desk is easy to assemble. Just snap on the legs of the desk to its table. You can seat him on his rolling chair and put him in front of his desk to pound. The desk has a phone, a cup, folders, and other little desk top items that are all wobbely! That way when he hits the desk they shake! Mr. Jameson's arms, elbows, hands, legs, knees, waist, legs, and head move. He does have a good sculpt. Remember, he trusts no one, but his barber! This figure is really worth the buy, and he is quite common and easy to find.

Spiderman 3 Limited Edition Venom Action Figure

Product Description

Eddie Brock can't remember the moment at which he went crazy. He was a normal man once - maybe with a surplus of anger, but never a killer. The symbiote changed him - made him somehow more. Stronger, faster, smarter. More angry. It gave him claws and the will to use them. It took his rage at the man who destroyed them both - SPIDER-MAN - and made it potent, powerful, murderous. As VENOM he's got all the fighting skills and high flying talents of SPIDER-MAN. As VENOM he's got one goal: the destruction and death of SPIDER-MAN

My son loved this venom; very true to form. It does have limited mobility, but who cares, it looks cool and the packaging is great if you are a collector.

This is the way Venom should have been done in the first place without it being a Wal-Mart exclusive. It's color accurate and just looks better. I had one problem with mine though. I have 3 of these and opened one, the paint they use to get that shiny look chips of easy so, for kids I would be careful but, for collectors..I would highly reccomend this. Get one before it's gone, these are very limited edition and once they are gone they are gone for good.

As a huge collector of mainly Star Wars merchandise, I understand when a reviewer might complain about something nitpicky, like the other

Spider-man 3 Venom figures being purple (instead of black, like from the comics) or with the limited ones having the taped-up packaging. Whereas the other Venom figures in the series have a goofy purple color to them, this Venom is black. I bought one to open up and one to display, and the figure itself, while not featuring all the articulation of some other figures in the Marvel series, is very detailed and has no problems standing up, even while holding his weapon. The packaging (from the front, at least) is beautiful and looks great on my shelf with my other figures. The only problem, which was mentioned in a review for the limited Spider-Man Symbiote figure was that the packaging is taped together instead of glued shut. The back of the package looks almost as if it's been resealed. If every one of these has been issued this way, then there's no way around it and I wouldn't imagine the value of the figure would be hurt. If this was a problem with one wave of the figures (if there will be another wave since this is a limited edition) then a lot of collectors will be upset.
