Like many people when I saw that Spider-man was getting the Legends treatment, I inwardly groaned. With the Spiderman Classics line doing so well, and the articulation greatly increasing, I thought we'd be getting something like we already had several of. I was very pleasantly supprised to find a wonderful figure. Not only is the Head piece crucial to build the Sentinel, but the figure is great. The clear display base is perfect and he can almost perfectly mimic his now famous Amazing Fantasy #15 Cover pose.
Like I said the articulation is great and the Sentinel piece alone is worth money.

Amazing? - D Strick - Birmingham, AL
Now I do not own any other Spider-man figures so this is nice to have in my collection and first appearance Spider-man is a good idea but this was not as cool a figue as it may have been. It is worth getting though so you can complete the 16" Sentinel figue which is and awesome 5 star figure.

As another reviewer mentioned, the soft plactic lends itself to the figure getting distorted. As a matter of fact the left leg of mine is permanantly warped so that it always bends out, making it imposible to make his legs straight for standing. Mine must stay on his included stand. This is OK as I can bend the leg up behind him for a sweeping in on a web-line look, but still, it would be nice for some versitility. He's a little small overall and this just makes the problem worse.

I think he is supposed to be small as this is the early teen version of Spider-man. I mean he was like 15, right? It may be accurate but it does not help the figure. And yes, the webbing on his arms is not too great looking.

I've been able to get mine into one really good pose of swinging into action using the stand, one arm up as if swinging in on a web and one arm forward as if shooting another, but this is about it. Looks good in that one position though. Not too fun or great but since he looks good swinging in I can allow 3 stars over all.

This is part of a a series to build a Sentital. The picture they show does not give this Spider Man justice. Very cool detail and very posable. Not to mention it has the webbing net under his arms. The colors are deep and dark and it just looks like a great Spider Man. It also includes the head piece of the Sentital. I have collected all seven it is well worth it to have the collection.
